We are convinced that the best products come from our immediate neighbourhood. That’s why we rely on wonderful ingredients from local farmers and producers – preferably directly from Fiss – in our ¾ pamper board in diverse Austria. Local and original: the kitchen team at our gourmet hotel then conjures up Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean-inspired dishes from these ‘treasures’.
