Since 1957, our family has been running the 4-star superior Hotel TIROL in Fiss with great passion. Everything we do is shaped by the realisation that we are fortunate to live in a wonderful corner of the world here in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Our region offers us a rich diversity of species, wonderful food and local produce, as well as a magnificent natural landscape. We place great importance on making mindful use of the opportunities our region provides.
Living here is a privilege that we always treat with a sense of responsibility and that we wish to share with our guests. We work closely with farmers and producers from Fiss and the surrounding area, and in our kitchen in particular we prioritise short supply chains and traceable origins. Our staff at the Hotel TIROL share our values, and we are delighted that our guests can also experience and feel this philosophy.
