A gentle yet powerful massage of the feet, calves and upper thighs. The legs are then bandaged up in an arnica or marmot oil wrap.

This particularly gentle form of massage activates lymph flow and strengthens the immune system. Tissues are detoxified and pain alleviated.

A dreamy well-being experience for the body, mind and soul. Gentle massage motions are applied to the energy channels with magnificent scents. The pleasant warmth of the herb parcels triggers a deep, soothing sense of relaxation.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

This treatment with hot stones is an exceptionally gentle and deeply relaxing procedure. The specially used basalt stones are heated in a water bath. The special thing about these stones is that they can store the heat for a particularly long time and release it slowly.

In addition to classic massages, the Hotel TIROL also offers energising and heat-based massages.

Energy massages ensure that your body’s energy flow is restored and remove blockages and tensions. And afterwards, you will feel refreshed, liberated and bursting with energy.
Our heat-based massages are particularly recommended during the colder months. With a Tyrolean herb massage or hot-stone massage, feeling chilly is a thing of the past.
