We are currently looking for a Head Pâtissier (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team.
Working hours: Full-time position, continuous service, 5-day week

Your profile:

• Passion for pâtisserie and enjoyment of leading a creative team
• Completed training and extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry, ideally in a senior pâtisserie position
• Strong creativity in the composition and presentation of sweet dishes, desserts and pastries
• Leadership skills, organisational talent and a sense of responsibility
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility and high resilience
• Responsible handling of food and adherence to the highest quality standards
• Good language skills in German

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the pâtisserie department
• Management, motivation and training of the pâtisserie team
• Independent creation of high-quality sweet dishes, desserts and pastries
• Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
• Organisation and planning of orders, production processes and items
• Contributing to the development of new dessert and pastry creations
• Working closely with the head chef and assisting with menu concepts

• Completed training and relevant professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry in a comparable position
• Creativity in the composition and presentation of sweet dishes, desserts and pastries
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility, stamina and a sense of responsibility
• Responsible handling of food
• Good interpersonal skills with teammates
• Good language skills in German

Your tasks:

• Supporting and representing the Head Pâtissier in all organisational and technical tasks
• Independently managing a pâtisserie station
• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation of sweet dishes, desserts and pastries
• Preparation and follow-up tasks in the pâtisserie
• Compliance with specified quality and hygiene standards
• Participating in and organising the ordering process
• Creative contribution to the development of new desserts and pastry creations
