We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) to join our reception team from December 2025. Beginners and career changers are also welcome.
Working hours: 4-day week or by arrangement
Your profile:
- Enjoyment of the profession and working with guests
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility, stamina and a sense of responsibility
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills with colleagues
- Very good language skills in German
Your tasks:
- Ongoing processing of emails
- Preparation of arrivals
- Warm welcome for our guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Reservations by telephone and on site
- File maintenance: constant updating of our guest data
- Order and organisation in the front and back office

- Completed school education (at least secondary school leaving certificate)
- Friendly and service-oriented appearance

- Motivation to learn something new
- Very good language skills in German
