The TIROL specialty: Pink roasted shoulder of beef from free-range Fassona cattle, sliced on a wooden board and seasoned with seas alt and olive oil at the table. Incredibly tender meat with an inimitable flavour that will impress even the most discerning palates!
Humidor

When on holiday, a precious cigar makes the perfect end to your day. Our humidor cabinet contains a selection of fine cigars. A Montecristo from Cuba, a Corazon from the Dominican Republic, or maybe a Quorum from Nicaragua? And before you ask – yes, we also have your favourite whiskey to go with your cigar. If you would like to bring your own supplies, we are happy to store them in our humidor cabinet for you.
Vinotheque
with extra-large bottles
We love making people happy – and wone enthusiasts will be in seventh heaven in our vinotheque. Our wine list contains precious vintages from Austrian and Italian growers, from well-established vineyards to newcomers, all carefully and skilfully selected by Hubert, Lukas and Michael. Our vinotheque contains a particularly impressive selection of extra-large bottles that we serve you by the glass as limited editions.
SKY Table
High up on the fourth floor, we treat our guests to unforgettable evenings at the SKY Table that seats up to 10, ideal for convivial gatherings over fine wine and delicious Tyrolean specialties. And while spending the evening with your loved ones in this exclusive setting, you can watch night fall over the imposing mountain peaks of the Tyrolean Alps.
