We even bake our own bread! In addition, we serve natural cheeses from the Lechtal Valley, potatoes from the Pitztal Valley, fresh local eggs, local imperial barley, honey from our own hives, game and venison from our hunt, and vegetables from local, sustainable small businesses around the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck. The majority of the food we prepare is sourced from the local area to ensure regionality and biodiversity.
